Abstract
This paper models water quality for tidal river with numerical methods.By linking one dimensional hydrodynamic and water quality model,analyze the change of water level and water quality concentration as tidal change.Using Preissmann implicit form discretize hydrodynamic model,and upwind form applied to the advection of water quality model.The results can be applied to predict water quality change in tidal river in plain region.
