Abstract
The adjustment of industrial structure is the focus of national economic structural adjustment in China.The paper explores the realization of and ways for industrial adjustment.Under the guidance of macro control policy of government,there should be reduction of burden and risks in the adjustment of industrial structure,and a new and good mechanism of industrial structural adjustment and re adjustment should be formed.
