Abstract

Jurists studying on the civil law pay seldom attention to the definiti on of natural obligation. By means of aiming at the communication and difference of natural obligation, legal obligation and moral obligation, the article defines generally the essence of natural obligation in theory and meanwhile inquires into its constitution and legal effect and finally gives some opinions about the legal system how to be prescribed in the forthcoming Civil Code.
