THE WARNGING SYSTEM RESEARCH OF CULTIVATED LAND RESOURES SECURITY:A CASE STUDY OF CHONGQING CITY

Cultivated land is the basic resource for the survival and development of human society.This paper explored the basic method and technical system based on the connotation of cultivated land resources security.This study established index system including 17 evaluation indexes about cultivated land amount,quality,ecology and regulation and evaluated the cultivated land resources security of Chongqing city form 2001 to 2007.Then the warning system research of cultivated land resources security is constructed based on the evaluation.The warning degree of each evaluation index and the total warning degree of cultivated land resources security form 2001-2007 is divided.The result showed that,the situation of cultivated land resources security in Chongqing city was generally good.It was safe in 2005 with no warming,light warning in 2001,2004 and 2007,middle warning in 2002,2003 and 2006.This research can provide evidence for the protection of cultivated land resources and ensure the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources.
