Abstract
In cognitive radio systems, collaboration between cognitive users can improve the performance of spectrum sensing significantly. However,in a real enviornment, the SNR of each cognitive user is different, their local decisions also have different impacts on the final decision in fusion center. Therefore,a method of SNR-based weighted cooperative spectrum sensing is proposed. In this paper,we assign different weights to different users according to their SNRs,and change the energy thresholds of different users indirectly.Simulation results show that our method can get an improvement of the sensing performance.
