Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of different restorative techniques and dentin adhesives on microtensile bond strength of dentin to resin. Method: 18 teeth were divided into two groups according to different tooth preparation method. Dentin bond strength of AELITE TMLS resin pretreated with One-Step Plus,Primer Bond NT and Single Bond respectively were measured .Result:Flat surfaces group had significantly higher bond strengths than cavity filling group when the One-Step Plus or Single Bond were used as dentin adhesives. One-Step Plus and Single Bond led to higher microtensile bond strength thanPrimer Bond NT in both groups. Conclusion: Retorative techniques and dentin adhesives could influence the microtensile bond strength of dentin to resin.
