Abstract

[Objective] The method of the formation of the conidiospore of apple tree canker[Valsa ceratosperma(Tode et Fr.) Marie] was provided for the research on it in actual production.[Method] The formation condition of the spore of apple tree canker pathogen cultured in six media inside room was experimented and the number, density, size, rate of maturity of pycnidia and the number of spore per pycnidia in each medium were compared.[Result] It was indicates that all of parameters in PDA(added with potato) and ABA(added with apple tree bark were better than those of others. The most number of conidiocarp was produced in the PDA and the highest rate of maturation conidiocarp was formed in the ABA,the formation time of which mature fruiting body was shortest. The black light lamp(53.5 μW/cm2 of UV radiation) was beneficial to the growth and maturity of conidiocarp.[Conclusion] One kind of convenient approach of spore formation of apple tree canker indoor was provided.
