Abstract
Different from the traditional wireless mesh network,the railway wireless mesh network requires consumer packets to be forwarded by a certain multi-hop wireless link,which needs to be adjusted automatically according to the dynamical fault probability variations of the mesh nodes.A selective packet forwarding policy is proposed for consumers and managed packets.Also,this policy is implemented based on the open source code in Linux,in accordance with the principles of the minimum modification and user independency.Experimental results shown that with the selective packet forwarding policy,packet forwarding of the railway wireless mesh network can take place correctly and efficiently,and the multi-hop wireless link can also be adjusted automatically in railway wireless mesh network.
