Abstract
With the change of economic environment,market trend and antitrust objectives and the turnover of the mainstream economics thoughts,the principles of convicted of unlawful in the process of antitrust experienced from per se rule to reasonable rule.After the end of the 1970s,the implement of American antitrust became liberal and the application of per se rule reduced but reasonable rule expanded.The principles of convicted of unlawful in the process of antitrust changed gradually from the two dimensional analysis mode with per se rule and reasonable rule opposing to each other to one dimensional series analysis mode with reasonable analysis on various levels from 1990s.
