On Cultivation of Interpersonal Skills of College Students

Interpersonal communication is not only college students' emotional requirement but also the necessary factor in their physical and mental development.Hence,the university should pay attention to cultivate college students' interpersonal skills.From the concept of college students' interpersonal skills,this paper discusses the characteristic,function,and basic principle of college students' interpersonal communication,and studies the skills for improving college students' interpersonal communication,which is of great significance for improving college students' communication ability and their healthy development.
