Survey on Control Efficiency of Human Intestinal Nematodial in Junan County,2010

[Objective]To know the control efficiency of human intestinal nematodial in recent years in Junan county,so as to guide the disease prevention and treatment.[Methods]A study was made on intestinal nematode infection based on 900 people selected by cluster sampling method from 3 villages of different geographical characteristics according to the national survey of human parasite distribution rules.[Results]375 people were infected by intestinal nematode in a total of 900 people,The infection rate was 41.67%;Whipworm infection rate was 34.44%;Ascaris lumbricoides infection rate was 6.22%;Hookworm infection rate of 0.11%,the infection rate of 201 children(male98,female103)under age 12 was 3.98%;the infection rate of Xujiaxiangdi was 35.33%,the infection rate of Sunjiashan was 51.67%,the infection rate of Xinlongdianzi was 38.0%(P0.01);the infection rate of male was 41.94%,the infection rate of female was 41.42%(P0.01);the infection rate of age 50-60 was 94.44%,the infection rate of age 40-50 was 93.33%,the infection rate of age under 12 was 13.93%(P0.01);the infection rate of rural residents was 55.25%,the infection rate of students was 17.68%,the infection rate of other occupation was 12.5%,the infection rate of scattered children was 10.08%,the infection rate of teachers was 5.56%(P0.01).[Conclusion]The rate of the human intestinal nematode infection is low among urban and rural residents in Junan county.
