Abstract
In the process of urbanization and modernization,the lack of rights insurance for the migrant workers has exacerbated the gap between urban and rural areas.The urban and rural areas of disharmony with the current construction of a harmonious socialist society are out of tune.Therefore,it is necessary to take various measures to effectively protect the rights and interests of migrant workers.The urban and rural areas need to alleviate the discord to achieve the true realization of social harmony.
