The carbon tax is recognized as one of effective economical methods for reducing carbon dioxide emissions by the international society.By learning the EU comparison of elements of carbon tax,we can see that China's future carbon tax policy should be compatible with China's national conditions,including the reasonable choice of taxation object,the different tax rates for different products,the reasonable collection steps,etc.
