Abstract
By use of ABAQUS program,the solid model for frame of JH21-63 press has been built with the analysis of its strength and rigidity. The rules of stress and deformation for the frame have been obtained. Structural test has been conducted to the JH21-63 prototype. By comparing results between the finite element analysis and test,it provides foundation for optimization of the frame design.
