Abstract

The contents of six trace elments of peels and pulps in different varieties citrus,including Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,were analyzed by FAAS with microwave digestion.The results showed that the trace elements which were necessary to human were rich both in peels and pulps,the recoveries of elements were in the range of 93.0%—113.3%,with the RSD≤4.5%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
