Abstract
Hypoxia inducible factor-1 α(HIF-1α),is overexpressed in many human tumors.A vast array of genes involved in tumor biological characteristics is regulated by HIF-1α,which weighs heavily in favor of tumor genesis and progression. So far, studies on HIF-1α have became an attracting area of tumor research, which makes scientists better understanding how HIF-1α functions in tumor biological characteristics and provides scientific basis for tumor therapies targeting HIF-1α.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
