Speeding up the Construction of Urban Community Health Service is the Only Way to Improve the Medical People's Livelihood

Health care was an important part of social security,the government,effective management of medical services,medical insurance and pharmaceutical market was necessary to promote the effective lifting of worrying of the national medical insurance system of medical diseases.Community health services was an important part of the social security system,which focused on basic health care needs,the aim was to improve the quality and level of health of the whole people.Improving community health services-based new city medical and health service system was fundamental to the urban and rural residents of public health services,medical services,medical security and medicine supply system;which was the health care network of improving people's livelihood.For a long time,the uneven distribution of medical resources,inadequate investment in community health,lagged development had become an important factor of the cause of health care fairness and the unharmonious development of health care.To improve the livelihood of the people,long-term mechanism such as financial investment in health care,health care planning and personnel system must be established;the welfare of community health services should be highlighted.
