An Analysis of Industrial Structure and Competitiveness of Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province Based on Dynamic Shift-Share Method

Shift-Share Analysis Method has been widely used in regional economic and industrial structure analysis recently.However,the traditional method of SSA has a weakness in the analysis of contribution of changes in the agricultural structure to the overall changes during the sub-time and the time dimension trends of development and changes in agricultural economy.Thus,after introducing the basic principle of Dynamic Shift-Share Analysis method,based on the agricultural data from 1995 to 2005 of Heilongjiang province,aiming at agriculture industrial structure and competition ability,the paper draws a conclusion that the agriculture structural adjustment from 2000 in Heilongjiang province had strong effect on the development of agricultural economy.And agriculture in Heilongjiang Province during the sub-time developed faster than that of the national average.What it is more,the structural adjustment of livestock has been much influenced,whose competitive ability has been improved and its pace of development has exceeded the national average level.However,the structural adjustment of faming is ineffective,and its inner structure is still unbalanced.Then the paper puts foreword some advice to promote the agriculture structural adjustment.
