Countermeasures on Agriculture Conservation Tillage Measures in China

At present,conservation tillage as a scientific and advanced farming measures,is widely spread around the world,and it has been applied in more than 70 countries by the advocating of the United Nations food and agriculture organization.Comprehensive promoting the conservation tillage measures in China is the important way to promote the sustainable development of agriculture,which has the significance to advance China farming system reform;improve the quality of cultivated land;raise the comprehensive grain production capacity;build a conservation-minded agriculture,an environment friendly agriculture,a modern agriculture and an ecological low carbon agriculture;and promote the efficiency of agriculture and farmers' income.Conservation tillage is a revolution of farming system,and the improvement of the ecological environment.It is an important strategic measure of promoting the sustainable use of the cultivated land is,in order to ensure that the food security.This paper analyzed the huge challenges of the natural disaster of agriculture in China,and put forward the significance and countermeasures of accelerating the implementing of agricultural conservation tillage measures in China.
