Abstract

This article outlines the present road(highway,railway)building situation,briefly analyses the effect of some road projects on the environment and proposes environment-protection measures to be considered by construction units and establishments.The proposals mean to reduce the unfavorable effects that some of these projects may give rise to and serve as relevant reference for environment-protection considerations in road construction.
