Cushioning Structure Design for Large Appliances with Full Corrugated Paper Board

Cushioning structure of full corrugated paper board has been widely used for small-scale goods,but has scarely applied to large ones.Mechanical properties of 5 kinds of corrugated paper board were tested.4 kinds of corrugated structure were manufactured and their static and dynamic cushioning performance was tested.Haier washing machine XQB45-10B was taken as example.Cushioning structure with full corrugated board was designed and manufactured for the washing machine based on its parameters and circulation environment.The designing scheme passed safety tests in the laboratory.It was proved that replacing plastic cushions with corrugated paper board for large products is feasible.The purpose was to provide reference for application of full corrugated board cushion in large products.
