Abstract

Finance is the core of modern market economy,financial market is an important part of the modern market system.With the development of market economy,financial markets have made remarkable achievements,but long-term accumulated questions of financial market's development.This paper mainly discusses the main problems of the financial markets during China's economic transformation,and takes some proposals according to the basic conditions of China.
