Abstract
In order to improve both oxidation and corrosion resistances of coating, the Al-Si-Y alloy coating was deposited on Ni based superalloy ЖС6У with taking the home-made Al-Si-Y alloy as cathode target material. The isothermal oxidation resistance at 1 100 ℃,the cyclic oxidation resistance at 1 000 ℃ and the corrosion behavior in molten 75%Na2SO4+25%K2SO4 at 850 ℃ for the Al-Si-Y alloy coating were investigated and compared with the Al-Si coating and other multiply element coatings. The result shows that the oxidation and corrosion resistances of the fabricated Al-Si-Y coating are better than those of other coatings.
