Necessity of constructing digital synchronous network in Ningxia Power Grid and its construction strategies

Abstract

The synchronous network is one of the three supporting networks in communication network.It plays an important role in electric power communication system.Based on the requirements for synchronous frequency and time,this paper analyzes the importance of constructing a digital synchronous network in Ningxia power grid,discusses the construction strategies by considering the aspects of clock source,synchronous method and transmission link,and puts forward some practical measures to solve the problems in construction process.
