Lean Production and the Organization of Virtual Group Technology Production

Lean Production, especially the Lean Production of production line is the important task or key to the Lean Enterprise. In low volume - high variety environment, how to implement Lean Production? At first, reforming the obsolete production flow; then, the group technology flow line in the cell will be built up. This paper focuses to discuss the creation of Group Technology Cell Flow Line, in particular, the organization of Virtual Group Technology Production Cell. After the design of the group technology process planning, balance of production capability and adjustment of process are needed. Thus it is possible that organizing the Quasi - Flow - Line can attain to highly enhance the efficiency of production.
