Mean follow-up was 8 months(range 3-26months),81.3% of the patients with stress urinary incontinence were cured, and another 18.7% significantly improved. Conclusion The TVT procedure is simple, safe and effective for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence with minimal injury.
