Abstract
Various factors affecting the activity of cellulase in garment processing are analyzed; feasible measures to enhance the activity of cellulase are put forward. The results indicate that cellulase TL has the highest activity at temperature 55~60℃ and pH value 4.5~5.0, a special salt can accelerate the catalysis and hydrolysis of the cellulase, non-ionic surfactant in the bath can raise the cellulase efficiency with only a small amount.
