Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic and clinical value of the ultrasound diagnosis for ureteral calculi, reduce misdiagnosis rate. Methods Retrospectively summarize and analyze the data of ultrasonography about 219 cases of ureteral calculi by MINDRAY DC-3 and ALOKA SSC-390 model ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. Results The group of 219 cases,211 cases were confirmed by clinical, diagnostic coincidence rate was 96.3%;8 cases were misdiagnosis, misdiagnosis rate was 3.7%.Typical characteristics of sonographic features was arc or ovallight clusters, rear with acoustic shadow. Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis can be used as the preferred method of clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi.
