The Study of the Difference between Male and Female College Students' Career Planning——Based on the Analysis of 90 College Students' Career Planning Works in Lanzhou University

This paper used a gender perspective and the method of content analysis to study 90 college students' career planning worksinLanzhou University.This paper analyzed the differences between male and female college students' career planning from their self-awareness and career goals.The study found that traditional gender awareness had some influence on male and female college students' career planning.The most contents of college students' self-awareness and career goals conformed to the traditional roles expectation for men and women.Some female college students have surpassed the shackles of traditional gender awareness in some respects and pursued gender equality.
