As we all know,science and technology can hasten the development of intellectual property legal system.With the continuous progress of science and technology,intellectual property rights for its services should also be followed legal system development.The author,based on China's scientific and technological development and intellectual property rights,thinks that specific rights should be set up with the technological development,create more knowledge to the rights and protection,expand the scope of the protection of objects,and effectively enforce law,enhance intellectual property rights legislation in the field of technology.
