Contradictory Characteristics of the New Generation of Migrant Workers and Response

At present,with the older generation of migrant workers gradually exiting from the historical stage,the new generation of migrant workers are increasingly becoming the main groups of migrant workers.Although some factors such as source,work time,will stay in the city and so on make within the new generation of migrant workers show some differences,but for the new generation of migrant workers,they have six contradictory characteristics more or less.To deal with these contradictions,government,society and the new generation of migrant workers need work together.
