Abstract

Maintenance the normal sex ratio at birth is the foundation to realize the population ecological equilibrium and the social sustainable development. The sex ratio at birth has been formed the population ecology question in our country for a long time. The article analyzed the root of the question and presents measures from the birth culture, legal laws and regulations, the old-age support system in the rural areas and the population policy.
