Abstract

Gardenia yellow pigment extracted from yellow gardenia is a kind of nontoxic natural plant pigment.The extraction conditions are studied in this paper ,and the characteristics of this pigment is briefly discussed as well.The purpose of this is to provide useful information for the development and utilization of gardenia yellow pigment.
