Abstract

Industrial cluster becomes an important organization model of regional economic development under global economic environment.The article mainly researches into industrial cluster run and how to harmonize the corporation in industrial cluster in order to improve the whole competitive abiity.Firstly,the article analyzed industrial cluster organization frame work and operation basis essential.Then from organization view,a new operation model is constructed,therefore,industrial cluster has high efficiency to strengthen the competitive advantage and improve the core competitive ability finally.
