The Research of Financial Governance Based on Corporate Governance

Abstract

Many special and complex problems of finance have occurred during the process of state-owned corporation reform and corporate governance.To tackle these tough issues and improve the efficiency of corporate governance,this paper,starting from the definition of corporate governance and financial governance,makes an analysis of the internal relations between corporate governance and financial governance and ways of strengthening corporate financial governance with a viewto promote sustained and healthy development of listed companies.
