Abstract
The paper introduces the ARM hardware, the embedded system and its design principles. It also introduces some applications that use ARM on different kinds of LED displays, such as ARM7 PLC, ARM7 LED scrolling message broad controller and ARM7 full color LED display controller. Finally, it prospects the usage of the ARM9 in LED controlling system.
