Web standards are the hot topic and trend of the web development in recent years.XTML and CSS language are two core technologies of web standards.By designing with web standards,the presentation and structure is separated and make the website more accessible and simple maintenance.An overview description of web design and development process for web standards is given,and the implement of standard-based web site is introduced in brief.
