Discuss on synthesis and influencing factors of milk protein in dairy cows

Milk protein is one of the most important nutrients in milk.More than 90% of the milk protein was originally synthesized in the mammary gland. Endocrine secretion,supplement of milk protein precursor synthesis,and diet composition has the potential to affect the milk protein synthesis.The synthesis of milk protein and the factors which affects it were reviewed in the paper.
