Abstract

Training innovative talents is one of the sacred missions of the higher vocational education. In the process of training innovative talents, vocational colleges must change their concepts, create new conditions, strengthen practice, establish mechanism, initiate innovation, improve and perfect constantly, and be bold in exploration and educational innovation.
