Abstract
Based on the sampling data from northern China where medlar was planted, and data of field experiments in Luhuatai horticultural farm in Yinchuan city from 2000 to 2001, this paper analyzed the difference and characteristic of protein and pharmacological amino acid in the variety Ningqi 1 of Lycium barbarum L. by using cluster methods, and the relationship between them and ecological factors by using nonlinear regression. The results showed that the coefficient of variance of protein and amino acid in Lycium barbarum L. planted in different areas was 15.8% and 15.2%, respectively. In addition to the dominant variety factors, the surrounding factors also affected the protein content of Lycium barbarum L., in which, available N in soil had an obvious effect on the synthesis of protein and amino acid.
