Abstract

[Objective] The purpose was to screen out the insecticides with good control effect of Myzus persica(Sulzer).[Method] With the decrease rate of insect and the control effect as the evaluation indicates,7 kinds of insecticides including 3% acetamiprid EC,5% imidacloprid EC,24% methomyl AS,0.5% matrine AS,Mieyaning DP,25% thiamethoxam,40% omethoate were used in the insecticide screening test on the control of M.persica in the field.[Result] Among 7 kinds of insecticides,5% imidacloprid EC at 750 g/hm2 had the highest control efficiency and the control effects were over 90% in the 3,5,7 days after application, which had significant difference with other pesticides except 3% acetamiprid EC at 500 g/hm2.The next was 3% acetamiprid EC at 500 g/hm2 and the control effects were over 80% in the 5,7 days after application, which have significant difference with 0.5% matrine AS at 1 250 g/hm2 and 40% omethoate EC at 937.5 g/hm2.[Conclusion] 5% imidacloprid EC and 3% acetamiprid EC used in control of M.persica had characters of strong rapidly available result and long persistent period and their control efficiencies were more remarkable than CK omethoate, which were the perfect insecticides for controlling M.persica with good safity and could be extended in tobacco.
