Abstract

From the seismic source,which is the object of the earthquake and earthquake disaster,and the social environment,the earthquake hazard is analyzed.The earthquake disaster are characterized by occurring suddenly,destroying heavily,uneven distributing and multiform of the secondary level disaster.The prevention measurements against the earthquake disaster are put forward.
