Abstract
The problem of equity between generations should be recognized as the principal problem of sustainable development since the current and future generations together hold the whole world.From the view of economics,capital is the suitable way to the problems about inter-time.Capital can be divided into four kinds of composition: human capital,man-made capital,natural capital and social capital.(It's) concluded that substitution and complementation between these four kinds of capital are vital to sustainable development.Specially,human capital and social capital friendly to environment should be fostered.
