Abstract
By means of water cultivation method, the study was conducted to investigate the effect of La in different concentration of the seed germination rate, the growth of the plants of pee seed under Cd and Hg contamination stress complexly. The results showed that the strongest activation of the ameliorate toxicity of La was shown, while the concentration of Cd and Hg was 5 mg/L,La was 0.2 mg/L.The germination and growth of the seedlings was promoted, the aberration rate of the radicle cell nuclei of the seedings was decreased. The chlorophyll content and the activity of POD was increased under the Cd and Hg contamination complexly. However the concentrarion of La was ≥0.4 mg/L,the La coordinate with Cd、Hg aggravate the toxicity to the growth of seedling.
