Abstract

Objective:To investigate the role of random amplified polymorphic DNA for bacterial typing. Methods:The genomic DNA from 23 clinical strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was obtained, the genotypes of which were identified by random amplified polymorphic DNA assay with two random primers.Results:23 clinical strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa could be divide into different genotypes with two random primers.Conclsions:It′s doubtful for the results of genotypes by random amplified polymorphic DNA with just one primer.
