Abstract
Objective To investigate the CT findings and its differential diagnosis of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma(BAC) and to improve the level of CT diagnosis of this disease.Method A retrospective analysis of BAC which was reviewed in 23 cases which were confirmed pathologically as BAC,all the cases were done by CT scan.CT findings were analyzed. Results There were solitary nodule in 16 cases,multi-nodule in 4 cases and inflammation-like finding in 3 cases. Conclusion BAC is a special type in peripheral lung cancer, with its diversity in imaging. It can help diagnose the diseases by according to the characteristic CT findings of BAC.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
