Abstract
AM fungi in three varieties of Puerraria were studied in Wugong county of Shanxi, the results showed: there was a good symbiosis relation between Puerraria and AM fungi.Different varieties of Puerraria have the different AM fungus growing characteristic and the colonization.Total colonization, vebuscular colonization and hypha colonization were in the order of CaigeFengeYaoge.Under different host plants, the abuscular colonization was in the trend of FengeYaogeCaige. The spore density was in the order of Yaoge Fenge Caige. The resource of abuscular mycorrhiza in rhizasphere of Puerraria were abundance.Glomus and Acaulospora were primary genera in the Puerraria and Scutellospora was rarely found.Twenty species of AM fungi in three genus, including thirteen species of Glomus, six species of Acaulospora and one species of Scutellospora, were isolated from rhizasphere of Puerraria.
