Abstract
Han Fu's writing was inextricably linked with the political system in the Han Dynasty. The main part of the Fuist writing in the Han Dynasty was produced by speech attendants, officials at that time in the court. Most of them were guests to the emperor, participating actively in political activities. In various political hot spots they participated in debates and promoted the establishment and stabilization of the political system in the Han Dynasty. However, due to the change in attitude and motivation by the emperor and the competing interestof the Fuists themselves, the identity of the minister's speech attendants changed step by step.
