Abstract

This paper introduces a design method of the high-speed frequency measurement system that takes the FPGA as the core process chip and the MCU(C8051F020) as the data processor, and introduces its composition in detail. The FPGA emulational result is given. The experiments show that the scheme for the system matchs to the requests completely.
