Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of posterior approach in the treatment of posterior approach in patients with posterior tibial plateau fractures. Methods: Patients with posterior tibial plateau fractures were treated in our hospital in recent years. All patients underwent surgical treatment, 20 cases were randomly selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the patients were followed up for a mean of 10 months, comparing postoperative 1 week and after 10 months in patients with fracture healing, from tibial plateau varus angle, platform beta angle and lateral platform before the angle index were observed. The patients were significantly improved, compared with statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of posterior approach in the treatment of posterior column fractures of the tibial plateau fractures can achieve satisfactory clinical results, so that patients can recover to a better degree of knee joint, and to protect the health of patients and quality of life, it is worthy of clinical popularization and promotion.
